Theater holds auditions for 'Footloose' (Lexington Herald-Leader)

Bredesen awards grant to help expectant mothers stop smoking (Tennessean)
Gov. Phil Bredesen awarded a $1.44 million grant Friday to an East Tennessee State University program helping expectant mothers quit smoking. The grant was awarded to the Tennessee Intervention for Pregnancy Smoking project at ETSU's Department of Family Medicine, according to a media release.
